How would you answer this question?

My 8 year old son is always happy to come see me but my teenage daughter remains angry that I left her mother and more often than not refuses to come on my designated weekends. Should I just accept that she wants me out of her life or keep asking her to come when her brother comes?

It is important to stay in contact with your daughter during this period when she refuses to visit. Perhaps she will engage in exchanging emails with you as telephone calls may lead to more angry interactions than you may be ready for.
